Chia Seeds (Salvia hispanica)

Description: Small, oval seeds in classic black or white varieties.

Key Attributes: Exceptionally high in omega-3 fatty acids (ALA), dietary fiber (both soluble and insoluble), protein, and antioxidants.

Canola Seeds (Brassica napus)
